Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Returns will only be entertained in case of receiving damaged products
  • Claims of damaged products need to be made at the helpline within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • You may be asked to provide Video/Photographic proof of the issue
  • Returns will only be entertained for SingerPlus purchases made Online.
  • Returns will only allow for exchange of products of equal or higher value than the original order (customer will have to pay the difference).
  • The customer will shall be responsible for bringing the product to our nearest branch (specifically) for the return after tying up with our CS Representative.
  • Original receipt will be required for making any claims.
  • There will be no cash refund.
